NUMBER OF BALLOT PAPERS FOR INDIAN COMMUNAL CONSTITUENCIES

According to the Supervisor of Elections, Semesa Karavaki there were no overprinting as far as Indian communal constituencies were concerned.
The total number of ordinary ballot papers printed for the Vitilevu East/maritime Indian was 12820. There were 601 books of 10, 253 books of 20, 15 books of 50 and 10 books of 100.
For the Tavua Indian communal the total was 11270. There were 177 books of 10, 100 books of 20, 50 books of 50 and 50 books of 100 and likewise the total for Ba East Indian communal was 19500. There were 250 books of 10, 200 books of 20, 100 books of 50 and 80 books of 100.
A total of 21000 were printed for the Ba West Indian communal. There were 250 books of 10, 200 books of 20, 150 books of 50 and 70 books of 100.
In addition, there was a total of 28270 ballot papers printed for the Lautoka rural Indian communal. There were 377 books of 10, 350 books of 20, 170 books of 50 and 90 books of 90.
The total for the Lautoka City Indian rural was 16050. There were 555 books of 10, 150 books of 20, 50 books of 50 and 50 books of 100. In addition, the total for the Vuda Indian communal was 17820. There were 492 books of 10, 195 books of 20, 60 books of 50 and 60 books of 100.
The total for the Nadi Urban Indian communal was 23500. There were 50 books of 10, 150 books of 20, 200 books of 50 and 100 books of 100.
For the Nadi rural Indian communal the total was 17520. The breakdown was 202 books of 10, 150 books of 20, 110 books of 50 and 70 books of 100.
Furthermore, the total for the Nadroga Indian Communal was 15120. There were 192 books of 10, 160 books of 20, 80 books 50 and 60 books of 100.
A total of 18630 were printed for the Vitilevu South Kadavu Indian communal. There were 365 books of 10, 254 books of 20, 130 books of 50 and 34 books of 100 and another 8000 was reordered.
Likewise the total for the Suva City Urban Indian communal was 25000. There were 100 books of 50 and 200 books of 100.
The total for the Vanualevu West Indian communal was 25950. There were 1215 books of 10, 240 books of 20, 120 books of 50 and 30 books of 100.
For the Laucala Indian communal the total number of ordinary ballot papers printed was 31900. There were only 319 books of 100.
A total of 21500 was recorded for the Nasinu Indian constituency. There were 80 books of 10, 100 books of 20, 120 books of 50 and 127 books of 100 and another 5000 was reordered.
In addition, a total of 16600 was printed for the Tailevu/Rewa Indian communal constituency. There were 350 books of 10, 210 books of 20, 120 books of 50 and 29 books of 100 and another 4000 was reordered.
Labasa Indian communal had a total of 15540. There were 404 books of 10, 100 books of 20, 70 books of 50 and 60 books of 100.
Finally, the total for the Labasa rural Indian communal was 22100. There were 660 books of 10, 100 books of 20, 100 books of 50 and 85 books of 100.
