RATU SULIANO DECLARED WINNER FOR NAMOSI FIJIAN PROVINCIAL COMMUNAL CONSTITUENCY

Ratu Suliano Matanitobua of the Soqosoqo Duavata ni Lewenivanua (SDL) Party has been the first candidate in this year’s general election to be declared a winner in his seat.

He was declared winner for the Namosi Fijian Provincial Communal constituency by the Returning Officer Central Inoke Devo who made the announcement about five minutes ago at the Suva Grammar School count centre.

Ratu Suliano won 2,481 votes, while Waisea Batilekaleka of the Nationalist Vanua Tako Lavo (NVTL) Party had 178 votes and Koleta Marama Sivivatu of the Fiji Labour Party (FLP) had 125 votes.
